$650.00 per week with $100 security deposit.
Renters are responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition
in which they found it. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Terms:
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday,
check in at 3 PM, check out at 11 AM

50% deposit due on reservation.
Remaining amount due 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the end of
the rental term, provided the house was left clean and no damage was done.

No smoking, pets, or smoking pets allowed.

Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled 30 days before rental date.
